Celebrate Recovery

Celebrate Recovery is:

-12-step Biblical program based on Jesus’

teachings of the beatitudes

-“Forward looking”

-Focused on the participant taking

personal responsibility

-Centered on a spiritual commitment to

Jesus Christ

-Confidential; safe environment

-Not interested in your age, sex, or

religious background

-A place where you will be accepted as

you are…but challenged to grow.

Doesn’t “Recovery” mean I need to be recovering from alcohol or drugs?

No. This ministry is for all types of problems and addictions, which are unhealed, unmet, or unresolved.

These may include (but are not limited to):

-Sexual addiction

-Drug/Alcohol Addiction

-Others too numerous to mention

Who leads this ministry?

Christians, who understand the challenges you’re facing, have taken the time to be trained, have worked the 12-step program, and care enough to want to help.

How can Celebrate Recovery help me?

By linking its four main components; fellowship, Bible study, worship/teaching, and support, you will discover a defense against sin and experience a fresh start from any difficulty which may be preventing you from experiencing the life God intended for you. It is only through the saving grace of God that healing will begin and a new direction for your life will emerge. Your goal is ultimately to become free from you addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors which will bring peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly a stronger relationship with God and others

How do I begin?

Just come on any Friday evening to Celebrate Recovery. Childcare is available.

5:45 pm – Dinner and Fellowship

6:30 pm – Worship and Teaching

7:30 pm – Small Groups

John Baker of Saddleback Church is the founder, supported by Rick Warren, author of “The Purpose Driven Life”. Celebrate Recovery is currently being offered at more than 5,000 churches and prisons, helping an estimated 500,000 people.
